Massage in Revelstoke,
seven days a week
Six experienced practitioners, RMT, NHPC and BioFlex-certified, treating everything from post-ski knots to chronic pain. Often, we have same-day and next-day appointments available.

Massage that fits a mountain-town schedule
We know how hard it is to book a massage in Revelstoke exactly when you need one, after a hard day at the resort, mid-shift-week, or the morning a flare-up starts. That is why we are on the first floor of the Best Western Plus, open seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, and staffed by a team deep enough to hold same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible.
Every session is built around your goal rather than a menu item. Our practitioners come from different backgrounds and hold different advanced certifications, so treatments are genuinely individualized rather than a standard massage routine. Tell your practitioner whether you are chasing relief, recovery or real rest, and they will blend techniques inside the appointment you already booked.
Insurance receipts are provided by our NHPC and RMT practitioners.
Locals, visiting skiers and bikers, hotel guests and clients coming in for relaxation or reflexology all book the same way: online, in about a minute.
Revelstoke Wellness offers massage therapy, bodywork and BioFlex laser therapy inside the Best Western Plus at 1925 Laforme Blvd. Open daily 9 AM–9 PM, RMT and NHPC practitioners, and every treatment includes the pool, hot tubs and fitness centre.

Six experienced practitioners means broader availability, a wider range of treatment styles, and a real chance of getting in the day you need it.
Depth of experience
Our practitioners bring many years of hands-on experience and advanced training, and we focus on matching the treatment to the person rather than one size fits all.
Every style under one roof
Relaxation massage through to therapeutic and deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, hot stone, pre-natal, reflexology, TMJ treatment and BioFlex laser therapy.
Available when you need it
Seven days a week, with same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible. Massage should be there the week your back goes, not a fortnight later.
Certified reflexology
Certified reflexologists are rare in Revelstoke. It is one of the most requested treatments among our clients who come in for relaxation and circulation rather than injury.
Pool and hot tubs included
Being inside the Best Western Plus means you are welcome to use the pool, outdoor hot tubs and fitness centre on the day of your treatment, whether or not you are a hotel guest.
Locals and visitors alike
We treat ski, bike and hiking injuries and repetitive-use strain all year, and just as many clients in their later years who come for relaxation, reflexology and gentle, restorative work.

Deep tissue combinations
Deep tissue work, targeted stretching and joint release to relieve tension, restore mobility and speed recovery, for prepping your body for peak performance or bouncing back after it.
Fascial work & myofascial cupping
Lotion-free stretching, slow strokes and negative-pressure cups that lift and glide over the skin, highly effective for longstanding low back pain, scar tissue and stubbornly tight muscles.
TMJ intra-oral treatment with Beth
For jaw pain, earaches, discomfort while chewing or lockjaw. This advanced technique treats the masseter, temporalis and pterygoid muscles from inside the mouth and can be added to any session. Contact Beth directly to discuss.
Kinesiology taping with Tralee
KT tape supports and relieves muscles, joints and ligaments while reducing swelling and improving mobility. Add fifteen minutes after a massage, or book on its own to normalize movement patterns and posture.
Visceral abdominal massage with Tralee
A gentle, restorative treatment supporting recovery from cesarean birth, hysterectomy, endometriosis and abdominal trauma. Helps release scar tissue and adhesions, improve digestion and circulation, and ease pelvic and low back discomfort.
BioFlex red/infrared face mask
$20A twenty-minute light therapy add-on with any massage of 45 minutes or longer. Clinically studied red, infrared and blue wavelengths support collagen production, circulation, cellular repair and a clearer complexion.
Recovery for a town that plays hard year-round
The bodies that come through our door change with the season, and we see a mix of locals and visitors year-round. Our practitioners plan around it.
Winter: resort and sled season
Big vertical days at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, cat and heli weeks, and sledding in the Boulder and Frisby zones leave quads, lats and low backs wrecked. Book an evening slot on your way down from the hill, then soak in the outdoor hot tubs before dinner.
Summer: bike, hike, paddle
Bike park laps, Mount Revelstoke and Rogers Pass hikes, and long days on the Columbia hand us tight hips, forearm pump and sore feet. Deep tissue with fascial work and reflexology is the usual answer.
Locals, trades & shift workers
Framers, cooks, rail and highway crews, ski patrol and nurses carry different patterns, shoulders, wrists, feet, necks. Early and late appointments exist because your shift does. Chronic issues respond best to a plan, not a one-off.
Travellers & hotel guests
Coming off the Trans-Canada from Calgary, Kelowna or Vancouver? We are on the hotel’s first floor, minutes from Highway 1, and we hold same-day openings. Staying elsewhere in town, or in a chalet, and Mountain Mobile Massage comes to you.
A team with decades of combined experience
Our practitioners aren’t your average massage providers. Every treatment is customized to what your body needs that day, you’re not just another appointment.

Massage in Revelstoke, answered
Can I get a same-day massage in Revelstoke?+
Often, yes. We are open seven days a week from 9 AM until 9 PM, and with six practitioners on the schedule we hold same-day and next-day openings whenever possible. Online booking shows live availability, so it is the fastest way to see what is left today.
Is massage here covered by my insurance?+
It depends on your plan and the practitioner you book with. Kim Younger and Mike Champagne are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Other practitioners may hold different professional designations, including NHPC. Each practitioner’s designation is clearly noted on their booking profile, so please check this against your individual benefits plan before booking. Receipts are provided for self-submission.
Which massage should I book after a big day at the resort?+
Book Massage & Bodywork, 60 or 75 minutes, and ask for deep tissue combinations with fascial work or myofascial cupping. If something feels more like an injury than fatigue, tendon pain, a tweaked knee, nerve symptoms, add BioFlex laser therapy or book the combination session.
Do I really get the pool and hot tubs?+
Yes. Every treatment includes complimentary access to the indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs and fitness centre at the Best Western Plus, whether or not you are a hotel guest. Just let the front desk know you’re here for a massage and they’ll provide you with an access key. Towels are available in the change room.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?+
First floor of the Best Western Plus, 1925 Laforme Blvd, Revelstoke, just off the Trans-Canada, a few minutes from downtown and on the way to Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Parking is free and right outside the door.
How often should I come in for a chronic issue?+
Long-standing pain rarely resolves in one visit. Most clients working through something chronic start weekly or biweekly for three to six sessions, then move to maintenance every four to six weeks. Your practitioner will suggest a rhythm at the end of your first appointment, and BioFlex laser series exist for conditions that respond to consistent treatment.
Can you come to my chalet or vacation rental?+
Potentially! Please reach out to us directly by email with your request and we’ll work with you to see if we can accommodate a mobile massage at your home, chalet or vacation rental.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.
