DEEP TISSUE COMBINATIONS

This blend of deep tissue work, targeted stretching, and joint release techniques relieves tension, restores mobility, and supports faster recovery. Ideal for preparing your body for peak performance or helping you bounce back post-activity.

FASCIAL WORK & CUPPING

Fascial treatment, including myofascial cupping, is highly effective for releasing adhesions, improving circulation, and enhancing mobility. Using gentle, lotion-free stretching and slow strokes or negative-pressure cups to lift and glide over the skin, this approach targets longstanding issues like low back pain, scar tissue, and tight muscles, restoring blood flow and hydration to the tissues

TMJ INTRA-ORAL TREATMENT (Beth, Tyane)

If you experience jaw pain, earaches, discomfort while chewing, lockjaw, or related TMJ issues, consider asking about this effective intraoral treatment. This advanced technique targets the masseter, temporalis, and pterygoid muscles from inside the mouth and can be added to any massage session. Please reach out to Beth directly to discuss this treatment option.

REBALANCING BODYWORK (Beth only)

Rebalancing Bodywork is a technique that integrates deep and soft connective tissue manipulation, joint release, energy work, and body awareness. Designed to release stored energy and tension in both body and mind, this technique can be seamlessly integrated into your session to enhance balance and ease in areas affected by injury or chronic tension.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING (Tralee, Tyane)

Kinesiology Therapeutic (KT) Tape is used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, or ligaments while reducing swelling, improving mobility, and enhancing recovery. It can be added as a 15-minute service after a massage or used on its own to help normalize movement patterns and posture. Combining taping with exercise further reinforces its lasting benefits.

DORN METHOD (Ananda only)

The Dorn Method, exclusively offered by Ananda, is a gentle and non-invasive alignment technique designed to restore movement and balance in the body. This effective approach combines light joint mobilizations with deep tissue or relaxing massage to encourage improved mobility and posture. It’s a safe and supportive way to address imbalances and promote overall well-being.
