Virtual & In-Person Yoga Classes in Revelstoke

Beth Purser is a a Yoga Alliance® registered teacher with over 500 hours of training, including a Trauma-Informed Yoga certification and advanced studies through Semperviva Yoga. She offers welcoming, alignment-based yoga classes in Revelstoke at Alchemy Studio, as well as live online sessions you can join from anywhere. Her thoughtful guidance and creative sequencing help you feel balanced, inspired, and at home in your body.

 

Virtual Offerings

Mornings on the Mat | Wednesdays at 6:00 am PST (for gentle breath/meditation start) OR 06:10 a.m. to start the flow. Classes end at 7 a.m.

Start your day with an energizing Vinyasa flow designed to support a range of experience levels. Modifications will be offered throughout, but if you’re brand new to yoga, we recommend beginning with in-person instruction before joining this class.

What You’ll Need

A laptop or tablet with a reliable Wi-Fi connection so you can join the live Zoom class. Yoga blocks and a strap can be helpful, but if you don’t have props, hardcover books and a bathrobe belt work just fine.

In-Person Offerings

Hot Vinyasa Flow | Mondays at 9:00 am PST | Alchemy Studio, Revelstoke

Start your week with intention and a good sweat. This invigorating Vinyasa flow is practiced in a heated room, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system. Repeating familiar sequences each week gives you the chance to deepen your practice and move with greater confidence.

Who is it for?

This class is best for those with some yoga experience who are ready to challenge themselves in a dynamic, heat-supported environment. If you’re brand new to yoga, consider starting with a slower-paced class first.

Yoga Styles Offered

Yoga Nidra

Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a deeply relaxed, healing state. This structured practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, shift long-held habits, and restore your nervous system. Through deep internal awareness, it becomes a powerful tool for intention-setting and personal transformation.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, meditative practice that uses long-held postures to target the deep connective tissues in the hips, pelvis, and spine. Yin helps increase flexibility, calm the mind, and improve joint mobility. Accessible for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow / Fluid Flow

A breath-led, flowing practice that connects movement and breath in intentional sequences. Classes vary in pace and intensity depending on the series or teacher’s focus. Great for building strength, focus, and fluidity in both body and mind.


Candlelit Yin & Restorative

Unwind in this gentle class combining Yin postures with deeply supportive Restorative shapes. Set in a calming, candlelit space, it’s the perfect invitation to release tension and soothe your nervous system. Open to all levels.

Trauma-Informed Yoga (Accessible Yoga for Women & Children)

A compassionate, grounding class that blends Slow Flow, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Designed to be accessible for those who may not feel comfortable in a traditional studio setting. These classes are offered at no cost in partnership with a colleague. Contact Beth directly for dates, times, and location.
