What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy therapy designed to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote deep relaxation.

Through hands-on and hands-off techniques, Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s “rest and digest” mode) and induces a calming Theta brain wave state. Both Beth and Tralee bring their own unique approach to this non-invasive, holistic treatment, creating an experience that soothes stress and enhances overall well-being.

What to Expect During a Reiki Session

At Revelstoke Wellness, our Reiki session takes place in a peaceful, quiet space where you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table or reclined chair. Beth or Tralee will use light touch or hands hovering above your body, allowing energy to flow where it’s most needed. Most clients describe feeling deeply relaxed—some even fall asleep or experience subtle shifts in sensation, imagery, or emotion.

Every session is different and uniquely guided by your energy on that day.

Is Reiki Right for Me?

You don’t need to believe in Reiki or have prior experience with energy work to benefit from a session.
