Your retreat will include morning meditation & an active yoga asana practice, with afternoon workshops in sketching and journaling. You’ll have the freedom to craft your experience-whether that’s joining one of the center’s additional guided adventures, walking the beach, or simply reading a book by the pool. This retreat is about finding balance, reconnecting with yourself, and savoring the beauty of the Baja desert and ocean.

Booking Details
Booking: To save your spot, a $600 non-refundable deposit is due. The final payment will be due August 14, 2026. Payment can be made by e-transfer to revelstokeretreats@gmail.com, PayPal, or with a credit card (PayPal & CC will have a 3.5% surcharge added). If you wish to pay with USD, we use an app called WISE. Please contact us directly.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel outside of 12 weeks prior to the trip start date your payment will be refunded minus your deposit. If you need to cancel within 6 weeks of the departure date, we will do our best (along with you) to fill your spot, in which case a refund will be given minus your deposit. If you need to cancel 4 weeks or less before the trip departure date without a replacement for your spot you will forfeit the cost of your trip.
Trip Insurance: We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance – one option would be contacting Uniglobe Travel Insurance.

Kristin Anthony-Malone
Kristin is the co-owner of Revelstoke Retreats alongside Beth Purser, combining her years of experience as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School with her passion for creativity and mindfulness. Her sketching and journaling workshops invite participants to explore techniques that capture the essence of mountain beauty, the vast expanse of the ocean, or the quiet details of a serene landscape. Drawing on her teaching background, Kristin integrates these creative practices to help you slow down, notice more, and connect with the natural world. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, Kristin’s workshops offer the perfect complement to yoga practice, fostering both stillness and exploration in equal measure.
Beth Purser
Beth is an RYT-500 yoga instructor with several hundred additional hours of training and teaching under her belt, and she has now been leading retreats for 14 years. A graduate of the Vancouver School of Bodywork & Massage with a degree in Kinesiology, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and mindful sequencing to every class she teaches. Her style is directive yet accessible — alignment-focused, creative, and intentionally crafted to help students feel balanced, clear, and grounded in their bodies. Beth’s own practice has supported her through the physical demands of full-time massage therapy and the ebb and flow of an active, mountain-based life. Her passion is simple and enduring: getting people on their mats so they can step off feeling more connected — to themselves, to their breath, and to the world around them.

Beth and Kristin call Revelstoke home and share a deep passion for mountains, movement, and meaningful connection. In addition to this exclusive yoga and journaling/sketching retreat in Baja, they are ACMG hiking guides and co-owners of Revelstoke Retreats, leading backcountry yoga adventures across remote B.C. landscapes. Their collective experience — from mindful teaching to mountain navigation — allows them to craft retreats that blend challenge, beauty, and restoration. Together, they’re always exploring new corners of the map in search of the next unforgettable experience.
