The lodge offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, featuring 8 cozy bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a relaxing hot tub, and a sauna ready for 2026! A dedicated dry room ensures your gear stays in top condition, while the spacious common area provides plenty of room for stretching, socializing, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure.

Booking Details
Booking: To save your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due. The final payment will be due April 19, 2026. Payment can be made by e-transfer to revelstokeretreats@gmail.com, PayPal, or with a credit card (PayPal & CC will have a 3.5% surcharge added).
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel outside of 12 weeks prior to the trip start date your payment will be refunded minus your deposit. If you need to cancel within 6 weeks of the departure date, we will do our best (along with you) to fill your spot, in which case a refund will be given minus your deposit. If you need to cancel 4 weeks or less before the trip departure date without a replacement for your spot you will forfeit the cost of your trip.
Trip Insurance: We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance – one option would be contacting Uniglobe Travel Insurance.
Release of liability waiver: Please carefully read the release of liability waiver before arriving for your retreat. We will have paper copies for you to sign once we are all together. You will be required to sign the waiver in order to participate in the hiking portion of this retreat.
